New Design that conforms in shape with the 9000 bottle stoppers, the bottle cap opener and the can tab lifter.  These are all classic styles as compared to the contemporary shapes of our 3000, 4000 and the 3 whiskey stoppers; 610, 620 and 630.  This new design utilizes 4 compact FDA approved o-rings and a more gradual taper similar to the very popular 9000 and 3000.  This gives improved sealing capability with 2 of the o-rings sealing inside the bottle rather than just one.  The elegant curve leads to a broadly defined base for excellent stability.

These stoppers have  the same 3/8″ x 16 threaded stud 1/2″ long, machined as one piece with stopper, the top diameter is 13/16″ and it is 1 1/2″ tall. It sits low in the bottle so you can create designs that will sit near the neck of the bottle for a more artistic appearance.  Everyone loves a new design and your customers will buy more.

This standing stainless stopper allows your artwork to be displayed on a shelf or window sill when not being used in a bottle.

    I only bought a few of these not knowing if I’d like making bottle stoppers. With the jig that you can purchase, making a stopper is really easy. These are VERY well made, I love them and am hoping to make a bunch of stoppers using them. This is not a cheaply made product. Quite nice. I highly recommend them.

    I love the stoppers I bought from you. I make jewelry and such from vintage silverware. I made a few wine stoppers from vintage knife handles. I love the way they came out. Size was perfect. I’ll post a picture in your website. I do have a question about a warranty…. How do I pass that along to a customer?

      Thank you, Darlene. Tell your customers the lifetime warranty is if the stopper rusts or pits from any beverage to return it to you and I will send you a free replacement.

    Very pleased with quality and design. I have used other bottle stoppers that do not fit in bottles tightly therefore not really a “usable” item. I really like the design of the stoppers that stand up so the stopper can be on display in a bar area rather than laying down. My customers really like the design as well

    I had not purchased from you for some time and my interest was renewed, and I was reminded of the quality from watching a captain Eddie video where he bragged about you and your quality products. I bought the flat bottomed stoppers and like the fact that they will stand up. I also bought the new screw on mandrel and like it far more than the Morse taper version I have had for years, which worked just fine also, but the new version is easier. I also use the mandrel to make shaving brush handles. Quality and thread machining is excellent and I intend on being a lifelong customer. My wife has decided bottle stoppers are everyone’s gift this Christmas so I may place another order soon.
